  • Before Your Intensive

    Meet with your EMDR therapist for a 90-minute session to clarify goals and create a personalized treatment plan.

  • Your Intensive Experience

    Engage in focused EMDR sessions—2, 3, or 5 hours—designed to make meaningful progress toward your goals in a concentrated timeframe.

  • After Your Intensive

    You’ll meet for a 60-minute follow-up to review progress, ensure your goals were met, and discuss next steps for continued support or transition.
