About me

Whether you’re carrying the weight of perfectionism, feeling stuck in a relationship, or burning out from doing it all, I want you to know that healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.

I’m a native Arizonan, wife of 21 years, and mom of three. I came into this work through my own story—growing up as the oldest in a family shaped by addiction, betrayal, divorce, and emotional trauma. The experience and impact of pain early in life left me feeling responsible for others and unsure how to tend to my own needs. I learned to keep going, stay strong, and care for everyone else. But in adulthood, I realized I needed to face my own grief and begin the work of healing. Therapy helped me untangle patterns of self-protection, rediscover my voice, and connect more fully with myself and the people I love.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly two decades mentoring university students and creating spaces for growth, community, and transformation. I bring that same presence to the therapy room: warm, relational, curious, and deeply committed to your healing. Outside of work, I love good coffee, beautiful spaces, being outdoors, and dreaming big with my husband—we’ve loved restoring homes and sharing hospitality through Airbnb and real estate.

My approach is warm, experiential, and grounded in body-based, trauma-informed care. I draw from experiential models that engage both emotion and the body, including psychodrama-informed interventions, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and IFS-informed work. I integrate nervous system wisdom, attachment theory, and spirituality for those who desire it.

I help individuals unlearn patterns of self-abandonment and disconnection and move toward more honest, embodied ways of living. I support couples in breaking out of cycles of conflict, getting beneath the surface, and rebuilding trust and intimacy. I don’t take sides—I come alongside your relationship to help you feel safe, seen, and understood.
